Process
To ensure that resources with requisite skills are recruited to meet clientrequirements. We follow the following process:
- Once the requirement is received from the client, the same is shared with the Delivery Team and proper internal resource allocation is done to address the immediate needs.
- Then the appropriate resumes are sourced from various sources like job portals, references, head hunting, groups and third party consultants, advertisements in newspaper and technical journals and resumes submitted directly to our site.
- A HR validation is done for all the short listed profiles and ensured that they are in sync with the client specifications.
- Candidates are evaluated on various parameters and are specified in the summary sheet attached along with the GMHK systems formatted Resume. This includes personal details of a candidate viz. Contact details, Total experience, Relevant experience, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Time required to join etc. as well the official details viz. Role in the current project, Domain experience, Designation etc.
- The account manager then shares the summary sheet based on the client’s requirements and circulated to delivery team for further processing.
- The profiles are then validated from the technical perspective and is done by the internal or external technical validators depending on the technology and skills.
- The same is shared with the clients project teams, and then based on the short-listing from clients end; the interviews process is initiated in accordance with the client’s specified process.
- The clients shares the selected candidates list once the I/V’ process is done and subsequently ICPL will start the hiring and on boarding process in accordance with the agreed terms. A BG check is done if required.
- The client releases the work orders against the confirmed resources & rates and billing is done as per the rates agreed.
